My goal is to bring passion, empathy, excellence, integrity, and humor to my patients and colleagues.
I love to play outdoors: rock climbing, mountaineering, skiing, mountain biking, endurance sports, and hiking with my family. At home, I enjoy playing Legos, Nerf battles, and reading with my young boys, Elias and Silas. My wife Amanda and I like to travel, garden, cook, host dinner parties, and watch nerdy TV shows and movies. I’m usually wearing really goofy socks!

KELLY CONKIN

I am originally from Chicago, where I spent almost 10 years as a nurse before moving to Colorado. I was ready to slow down a bit and live closer to family. I’m a mom to 3 young kids, a pup, and many plants! I love fixing up my house and always seem to find myself in the middle of some sort of DIY project.
My favorite treatment here at Valar would have to be the Secret RF Microneedling. The results are amazing, safe for all skin types, and there is such little downtime!

Roxy is an experienced nurse dedicating the last 14 years in emergency medicine, showcasing expertise in critical situations. Fifteen years ago, she made the leap from Kansas to Colorado, and it’s been a decision she hasn’t regretted. In her free time, her love for all things Colorado comes to life, including hiking newfound love for paddle boarding.
Her journey in health and wellness has always been the backbone of existence, fueling her commitment to a balanced and fulfilling life. Alongside my two teenage boys, she shares her home with two energetic boxer dogs, forming a lively and dynamic family that keeps life both rewarding and exciting.
Botox has become her favorite aesthetic procedure for its remarkable ability to smooth away wrinkles and rejuvenate the face, leaving clients looking refreshed and confident in just a few simple injections.

ASHLEY CHASE
PRACTICE MANAGER
Hello, everyone! I am a co-founder and the practice manager here at Valar. Dr. Bauer and I worked together for about 5 years before establishing Valar Aesthetics in 2021, and I am so proud and thankful to everyone involved for what we have been able to accomplish.
I really enjoy being a nerd and playing video games and reading/listening to audiobooks. I am always on board for a creative project such as painting, as well!
My favorite treatment is certainly our CO2 laser skin resurfacing. I have had a couple treatments, and it has worked wonders for my acne scarring!
